We collect data
When clients make a booking with us using our web site.
When we receive feedback, comment or advice from our suppliers
and representatives about specific holidays.
When clients register with us to receive information about
promotions, subscribe to our news letters or enter competitions.
When clients respond to our surveys or provide us with feedback.
This information is used
To fulfil the bookings clients have made. In order to book
holidays for clients we must pass information on to relevant
suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, golf
booking agents, insurance companies etc. In each instance
only information pertinent to that aspect of the booking will
be passed on to the relevant supplier.
To respond to requests we receive from clients. This may
be in the form of a price quotation, a booking invoice, holiday
itinerary, customer complaint, a regular news letter, periodic
product information notices or ad hoc special offers.
To address experiences, both positive and negative that client’s
may have whilst on holiday. This may include responding to
complaints about the level of service received or passing
on thanks for a successful holiday.
To learn from client’s experiences and expectations.
This helps us to improve the levels of service we offer and
identify the standards required to provide the highest possible
levels of service. We may monitor and/or record telephone
conversations to ensure consistent customer service levels
and for the purpose of staff training.
To provide client reviews of holiday destinations to help
other clients with their holiday choices.
To save clients time by eliminating the need to repeat or
re-enter information when requesting services from 4golf.com
by telephone or when visiting our web site.
Consent
Clients are asked for their consent to our collection, use
and storage of information when:
They are asked if they want to book a holiday with us.
They are asked if they would like to receive a copy of the
company’s news letter or special offer mailings.
They are asked to complete Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires,
comment on issues pertinent to travel or holidays or provide
feedback that can be viewed by other clients or our suppliers.
We operate a policy of asking clients to “opt to provide
consent” as opposed to assuming consent has been given
unless the client notifies otherwise.
